My sincerest apology for not responding sooner to the receipt, on Dec. 28, of my beautiful earrings. I should have notified you right away, but in my excitement I also received a call that afternoon from my Mom that Dad needed emergency back surgery. Evidently 4 discs collapsed and were pinching nerves that made him unable to walk or hold a fork. Mom was in a dither, so I got on a plane to FL and just got back Saturday night. Dad needed two surgeries and had more problems with swelling in his throat, as surgery was done through his neck, than the surgeries themselves. My parents are both 86, married for 58 years and are glued at the hip! They are so cute, but Mom was a mess without Dad at home. God was good and took care of everyone, so back to normal. Thanks for listening here. I just did not want you to think I had forgotten you.
I dropped my jaw when I opened the beautifully wrapped box. OM Goodness is all I could say. I turned in circles, literally, in utter amazement at the dazzle and beauty. My hands trembled as I put them in my ears and then it just seemed appropriate to cry in disbelief. The "WOW" factor has yet to wear off, and to sum it up...I love them. They nestle perfect in the lobe and outshine anything I've seen. Brilliant, and I feel like a spoiled girl!

My Moissanite runs circles around my girlfriends diamond earrings she received for Christmas. Hers are cloudy to the eye...too bad for her!I love diamonds - have several beautiful pieces - but could not have afforded the quality, clarity and size of the Moissanite in a real diamond. Bodacious.

No sooner than 10 minutes after I emailed you I got a call from Wendy that the mail clerk showed up with a package for her (she had apparently snatched it up before Wendy went to go check the mail room). I ran over and opened up the box... First off, wow, I loved the way you wrapped it! So beautiful...

Then I took the box away from Wendy and went off to open it up in private... and OH. MY. GOD. Wow, guys, that ring is sooooooo gorgeous!! The fire, sparkle, color and clarity are all absolutely amazing. I was totally blown away. And omigod, did I mention how HUGE it is?!? LOL

I immediately went back to Wendy and took a knee, and made sure she received the ring properly. She was blown away, as was everyone who's seen it. In fact, she was skipping around Al Faw Palace... LOL

Well, I got it! At first, I wasn't sure which was more dazzling, the wrapping or the ring! It's lovely, just as you said. And nice and heavy. I'm wearing it here at my desk, afraid to move for fear of scratching it. It may take me a while to get used to such a large, nice ring. My inclination is to put such nice things away, "for special occasions". But at 49, I needn't wait for special occasions. The ring is wonderful and I'm so very pleased with it, as you knew I would be, all along.

I received the gorgeous martini stud earrings today! Absolutely stunning, and the quality of the setting is superb! I can't thank you both enough for doing such a awesome job for me! This is by far the most beautiful ring that I have ever seen. The stone is impeccable and the beautiful gold setting – it has such a luxurious weight. Just a short email to let you know I now have my ring. Parcel force originally stated that it had been delivered and had a signature on their web site, but it turned out that they delivered it to the town’s post office. I eventually tracked it down to that place and it was collected just before Christmas.

I would just like to say that it is STUNNING! The packaging was very impressive and I was amazed by how lovely it was when my now fiancé placed it on my finger. I am truly really pleased with it and I could never have wished for something more beautiful. I have to keep admiring it as i can’t actually believe that I own such a wonderful piece.

Your ring setting arrived SO FAST (Friday) I could hardly believe it. THEN I opened the package. !! The anticipation leading up to the opening of the box

Sorry it took so long to respond back, but we did indeed get the ring Saturday morning. I'm not a ring guy myself (not sure how many guys are), but this ring was just amazing! You could instantly tell it was very clear, and it had a very beautiful sparkle to it. Even the diamonds we've seen just don't have as much character to them. So far, we've received many great comments on it... many of which we don't tell people its a moissanite. Anyway, we're very happy with our purchase and the great care that we received.
